Amparo Fondita

From October 14 - 19th, Amparo hosts 2fifty Texas BBQ for 6 nights of shared fire. Led by Chef Christian Irabién, and Pitmaster Fernando González, the residency brings together two kitchens. One shaped by Regional Mexican Tradition. The other by Central Texas Barbecue and Salvadoran Roots.
